help synching image managers

Hello!  I just installed CMSMS yesterday and I am still learning the ropes.

I created a "test" page and tried to upload an image using the FCKeditor image manager.  The image didn't upload.  I had success uploading both images and files from the CMSMS image/file manager but I am unable to do it from the fckeditor image manager.

My first thought was to check directory permissions but I don't which directory to look in.  In fact, I don't think I have an uploads/images/ directory within the FCKeditor folder.  I must be looking in the wrong places.

Here are my questions that have come up as a result of this:
Which directory is the FCKeditor uploading to?

Once I have figured this piece out, I should be able to tell the CMSMS image/file manager to use that directory as well--can't I?

I want users to be able to find their uploaded files/images while they are in the editor.

I'm sorry if this question has been already answered.  Thanks for any help with the directory question.
