Looks great,

some minor tweaks to make it perfect

dropdown bg images should have transparent corners, and it would be great to have it scale with font size

take a look at

http://www.alistapart.com/articles/slidingdoors/

and give body some paddding so that even if browser window is narrow there will be some air around your container and browser

like I said minor tweaks :)

And while you are looking at the sliding door example, consider validating your html :) it will be a lot easier - honest!

I like the overall design, but I never like drop down / pop out menus, I don't think they are vey accessible? You could remove that and then display the sub menu above or below the news in the right column? You have done this on some page? Also the e-Mail / Contact Form page is very different?

Also not sure why the header graphic doesn't fit the gap dark grey area?

Why a selected tab in the main menu does not look like a selected tab?

No hover or clicked - for right menus?

Hover on main menu makes the text all but dissappear on my browser?

Looking at the code - the use of iframes I again think is not very accessible?

Bet you are sorry you asked now, sorry - just trying to be constructive ;-)
