Front End File Management - how to display all categories?

I'm using the Front End File Management (Uploads) module and want to display a page where the user can see all the categories and then click on the selected category and see all files within that category.

The help says I can use a tag like this:

{cms_module module="Uploads" action="categorysummary" template="summarytemplate" sortorder="name_asc" listingtemplate="listtemplate" listingsortorder="listsortorder"}

but that displays a very strange output (see attached image).

Member Files and Test are the two categories I've set up.

I'm sure this is simple to do but I'm just not seeing it at the moment.
