CMSMailer and Module Manager do not work after upgrade

I did the upgrade from version 1.6 to 1.9.4.3.
Contact form does not work, I get the message "FormBuilder: Cannot find required module CMSMailer!"

In Exstension I do not have CMSMailer.

In Exstension Module Manager do not work.

Can you help me?

You will have to be more descriptive as to how you got to this point, step by step would be nice, system info really helps also...

CMSMailer comes with every CMSMS package, did you look in Extensions > Modules for it, did you upgrade your 3rd party modules as you were upgrading CMSMS..?

I deleted 1.9.4.3 and installed 1.11, now everything works.
