Hi there,
have been upgrading quite a lot of old CMS Made Simple installations recently but overtime I do I have the same problem. After a successful upgrade when logging in I get this non-css-ed page where I have to awkwardly navigate (no css so just plain text) to my user preferences and change the admin theme to OneEleven.
Wouldn't it be an idea to set all the users to OneEleven as an admin theme when upgrading? I understand how to fix this but it's more difficult for our customers who might not be able to find the user preference page and I haven't found an easy way to set their user preferences from our admin account without changing their password or going in the database directly.
Upgrade to 1.11 and OneEleven admin theme
Re: Upgrade to 1.11 and OneEleven admin theme
Set all preferences to ncleangrey before upgrading, although I've done quite a few upgrades lately and haven't run into this, most were using the old default admin theme then I would switch them to ncleangrey after upgrade...
I wouldn't want an upgrade to force me to use a certain admin theme, I like to make my own choices

Re: Upgrade to 1.11 and OneEleven admin theme
Thanks for you response, I agree I won't like it for an update to fiddle with my preferences, however the upgrades I did almost rendered the admin panel unusable so I think in those cases forcing someone to a working admin theme would be better.
What would be an easy way to set all user preferences to ncleangrey by the way if you don't have their passwords?

Re: Upgrade to 1.11 and OneEleven admin theme
I have just done the upgrade and changed to ncleangrey first but in the new theme none of the open/close buttons work so I have to click home then something in the right panel. What is not working and how do I fix it?
Re: Upgrade to 1.11 and OneEleven admin theme
Some times the new admin menu doesn't seem like it is working, first couple times I installed it I couldn't get the menu to expand, I had to click on the images to the left on the top menu items to get it to expand but most times that goes away the next day...
If you have trouble getting it to expand try hitting the images on the left side of the menu links...

Hi thanks this does work, but is there a fix? If I re-install over the top would that have any effect?
