95% of the sites we build are CMSMS based, so we're always in need to custom modules, set up and other customization required by clients. I truly believe that this is a superior platform for the type of work we do, and would like to continue with it. Projects have ranged from simple data collection to very large private support systems.
But like any design firm, we are designers first, and often scrap by with crash courses in PHP, and endless Google sessions. Our understanding of development and back end systems is very high, but we are not trained PHP people. Ideally, we need someone to turn to with a better technical brain than ours.
We don't specialize in any one industry, but have large clients in finance, publishing, consulting, pharmaceutical, and non-profits. All business/corporate clientele. We're small, but professional with years of experience.
CMSMS customization experience is required, but also need experience with jQuerry, JavaScript, HTML5, LAMP server set up, and obviously PHP. We try to stay away from ASP work, but it does come up.
For starters, we're looking for a developer who can meet us here in person for meetings, and develop off site or in-house. We often need to concept on solutions, so meetings here are a must. We do have work space here as well (and a very nice office

Ideally, we'd like the position to grow to part time or full time. Being a small firm, you would be the technical adviser for all projects, so we'll look to your expertise for solutions.
Communication and excellent English skills are a must. We often have to work with client's IT staff or management. Basic graphic production skills are helpful as well.
