Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

"string(113) "Smarty error: [in tpl_top:23 line 1]:

Post by De_Charel »

Hi

First of all, thanks for this great CMS.

But recently I've got this problem on a website that runs CMS made simple:
string(113) "Smarty error: [in tpl_top:23 line 1]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'process_pagedata' (core.load_plugins.php, line 124)"

http://www.bloemenvandenbossche.be/

I tried to overwrite the files with the latest CMS made simple, but the upgrade failed, so I've put back the broken setup.
I've enabled debug mode for now.

Any ideas what happened, and more important how I can fix it?

Many thanks,

Kind regards
Karel

Which CMSms version are you currently running?
And what's the php version? Maybe your host did an upgrade to a newer php version?

Are you able to login to the admin? Then please copy/paste the system information you can find under menu 'Site Admin'

I'm running 1.6.4

I'm able to login, but only the menu is showing, after that the output stops.

PHP Version 5.3.16

Oke, CMSms version 1.6.4 does not run on php 5.3

You need to upgrade. Check http://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/upgrading

Thank you.

I tried to upgrade, but tried to upgrade to 1.10 directly, instead of going to 1.7.

Thanks!
