icon name problem in themes

After upgrading to 0.13, I notice in the Admin Panel -> Layout that the icon for "Templates" is broken,

Upon further inspection I see that the icon is named template.gif while the page is calling for templates.gif

Changing the image name f rom template to templates.gif seems to restore the display of the Templates image in the admin -> Layout area.

I've noticed that there are other "missing" icons in other areas of the admin. I have found the following missing icons so far...

Admin>Main>Layout icon broken
Admin>Content>Image Manager icon broken
Admin>Content>Global Content Block icon broken
Admin>Users & Groups>Group Assignments icon broken
Admin>Content>Image Manager icon broken

I did discover how to fix the Layout icon, but haven't looked at the others.
