News Only picking default detail template when mod_rewrite

I am using cmsms v1.11 and News 2.12.7 when mod_rewrite is enabled news can only pick up default detail template. But when mod rewrite disabled it is working properly.

{news number ='5' summarytemplate='newsfront' detailtemplate='post' detailpage='news'}

you may notice from above code detailtemplate I want to use is "post"

What can be done to correct this issue?

Actually, this isn't a bug. And has been explained numerous times before.
