PDF link in Internet Explorer

Hi there,

I'm using CMSMS version 1.10.1 "Le Lorrain" and have an issue with a link to a PDF file. It's working fine in every browser except Internet Explorer.

Basically, what's happening is this:

In Firefox, Chrome, the link to the pdf file is correct, i.e. "http://mysite.com/uploads/files/Brochure.pdf

But in Internet Explorer, it's showing as
"http://mysite.com/index.php/uploads/files/Brochure.pdf

So the extra index.php is throwing off the link.

My first thought was a .htcaccess file issue, but the seems to be ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm stumped.
