FormBuiilder CSS and Form Access

I am having a hard time editing the form, is there a way I can view the form inline, so I then can talor it? I have not found a way to do this yet. I am using check boxes and they are all bunched up etc.

I put the tag in a page, which you can set to not show in menu, then look at the page and using Firefox with the Web Dev. toolbar I can edit the CSS till it looks as wanted then copy/paste the new styles into a style sheet...
