Hello i have uploaded this program to my server and have applied all the permissions of files to all the directories and files it said to on the installation manual but i get to the second part of instaltion where it checks things and 2 problems come up
File not writable! (/www/99k.org/g/a/m/gamenoodle/htdocs/config.php)
and
Outgoing HTTP connections do not appear to work! Is there a firewall or some ACL for external connections? This will result in Module Manager, and potentially other functionality, failing.
the first problem i have tryed making a directory called htdocs and a empty confid php file their
like this
"http://www.mywebsite.99k.org/htdocs/config.php
but that does nothing
i am using zymic hosting a free host and i dont know if i can even acces (/www/99k.org/g/a/m/gamenoodle/htdocs/config.php) to make it writeable or what.
and the second problem i havnt got as clue...
help would be great thank you

The first error means you need to add a blank config.php to the folder you uploaded CMSMS not make a new folder in it...
Second one means they most likely have some kind of mod security on the server and we don't support those servers as they will drive you crazy at some point...
"Free Host" not the best idea as you can get one for less than 5$ a month, some 'free host' will try to inject ads in the site and that will screw your layout, so you will get what you pay for...
