Does CMSMS 1.4.1 work with PHP 5.3?

My host company, Media Temple recently upgraded all servers to PHP 5.3.

So my CMSMS 1.4.1 site is throwing errors

Error I'm receiving
http://pbats.com/admin/login.php

I'm currently redesigning the site under the 1.11 framework.

In the mean time is there anything I can do?

There were few versions between 1.4 and 1.11, you could upgrade
I think you will need at least 1.9.4.3 for PHP 5.3

The issue is I had custom work done to the framework so if I upgrade then all that gets wiped out.

I'm contacting the host to see if PHP 4 still exist and if I can connect to it another way.
