[SOLVED! Thanks Dr.CSS !!]Error on page....?

I am encountering a problem that I haven't seen b4. When I click on pics or text in this page (see first large screenshot), certain icons "light up"(see 2nd large screenshot), and when I click on these icons, I get this error in lower left and nothing else happens. I should get a window that opens up allowing me to do something further with said object.
This is the page I am trying to edit. I simply want to switch out the upper right linked photo.


Note that there are several icons that are highlighted after clicking on the upper right hand photo.

That sounds like you have JS turned off or are using an IE browser which don't play well with CMSMS, or else the modules folder doesn't have the correct permissions to allow JS to run...

Look in system info page for any yellow ! or red X...

I had the latest vs. of Java running. It was IE screwing me up. Used Chrome, and voila! THANK YOU!
