How to create Org Chart?

I need to create dynamically org charts. Are there any complete modules to do this? I found out jsPlumb, but how to load elements of a scheme from MySQL-table to jsPlumb, and than save changes to MySQL-table?
How to dynamically add elements to scheme of jsPlumb?
