where can i change the menu to top menu and side sub menu

i recently installed the Clean Orange theme, and would like to chage the side menu to a top menu and sub menu in the side.

How can i do this?

okay...

i started using the template style you linked, its better after all,

but:
I removed the headder, and need a logo in the left corner next to the menu bar and the Breadcrumbs. and inside the sidebar, so that when logo stops, the sub menu follows.
