Page Templates - Are they dynamically generated? Can't Edit.

I'm trying to edit the page templates, but it gives an error of "The requested URL was not found on this server." after I hit submit in the Edit Template UI.

Is the template generated dynamically? I can't seem to find the template files.

Why would I get this error?

They are in the DB, you need to go to the system info page and check for any yellow ! or red X, oh and...

Sorry about that. I fixed the issue myself. It had to do with a weird jquery call that caused the problem. Once removed, it worked fine.
