Page URL field and automatic 301 redirect

Hi All,
is it possible to have a 301 redirect status when you specify an alternate URL in the Page URL field of the option tab of cms page?

In other words, I'd like that if I specify an alternate url for a page, the status will automatically be 301 (now is 200).

How can this be achieved?

I'm using cmsms 1.10.3 and $config['url_rewriting'] = 'mod_rewrite';
