Any experience with Theme Forest themes?

Hi
Has anyone had any experience with Theme Forest themes? (http://themeforest.net)

There are a lot of great looking themes to use as-is or as a starter theme and they are definitely cheap enough.
But are they transferable to CMSms and is the code usually solid?

Plus there are many themes contributed by many people/companies, does anyone recommend a particular contributor/s?

I have used one for a client as she loved the look and it was cheap enough I wasn't going to do my own version. I have converted it to CMSMS and it was fairly easy. I would suggest you signup or login and have a look the comments for the themes you are interested in. The one I bought has given zero support to anyone. I would not buy one of his again but overall there are some nice designs, valid code at good prices.
