Broken stylesheets

I am working on http://hsg.gtis.org/ and suddenly the stylesheet became broken. When I test with Firebug I see that CSS styles are missing for almost all elements. I've tried clearing my browser's cache even the CMSMS cache, but still no change. What's causing this problem and how can this be fixed?

There is only one stylesheet attached, just re-attach the one(s) that are missing.

Thanks for your kind response but it's of no use. All the stylesheets are attached to the template it this "broken stylesheet" has appeared only this morning, unexpectedly. That's why I decided to ask here if anyone had similar problems for I'm not sure what's going on...

did you clear the cache of the website at least 2 times? Perhaps it's a problem due to the caching of the stylesheets.
