Frontend file browser for specific uploads folder

I'm trying to build a document center for a site, and have about 100 files in about 30 different folders (all in uploads/resources). Is there any module or method for getting the folder/file structure presented to frontend users without manually inserting each file into a page and linking to it? This way also adding a download would be as simple as putting it in the required folder?

I made a plugin that does exactly that, with or without icon's, filesize, date etc.

Just drop it in your plugins folder and check out the Tags page for the file_listing tag, all extras and help info is there too.
