can anyone tell me if is there a module, plugin or something else that can integrate CMSMS with SugarCRM?

It depends on what you want to do...
If you are looking to simply link from one to another, you can provide a link within your CMSMS site which opens that SugarCRM site is a separate window. Or you expose the SugarCRM site via an iframe within the CMSMS site and that will make it look like everything is one site.
However if you are looking to truly integrate the two applications, such as have shared logins, be able to pull data from SugarCRM into CMSMS pages etc., there's a lot of backend work that will need to be done. You could do this yourself or find a developer in this very Forum who can help you for a fee.
But first... you must define for yourself what exactly you need to get done (your requirements).
