Back end module developer needed

We are a growing advertising and web marketing company located in Southern California developing web solutions and sites running on the CMSMS platform.

We are seeking a freelance programmer to aid in the development of our customers sites providing back-end programing support and solutions using PHP, MySQL, Smarty and JavaScript (JQuery) solutions. we are looking for a small, hands-on, long-term partner that is reasonably priced and also located in Southern California for this support. For the right individual this would be an indefinite arrangement on a by project, sub contractor quoted basis.

Skill requirements:

Extensive experience with CMSMS platform, including customizing modules and template development.

- Extensive experience with Smarty-based platforms (solid understanding of Smarty)
- BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or comparable experience
- 5+ years design with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (JQuery)
- Team Player with Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience with a CMSMS platform


Our immediate project of need is a broker driven business sales site which includes multiple levels of front end registration with user data capture and data export in specific formats. The site will also include multiple types of e-commerce both for downloaded on-line form type products and property listings for sale. The property listings will also need to be searchable based upon specific listed criteria as selections in a form request. This site will also include a classified section for listed items for sale similar to craigs list.

We are located in San Diego County and it is preferred that those applying are located close enough to meet with us on an ongoing basis.

Developers without extensive knowledge of Smarty, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (JQuery)
