AdvancedContect and CMSMS 1.10.3

Advancedcontent not working in 1.10.3
I use the latest version of cgextensions 1.28.1 and advancedcontent 0.9.3. When I try to install via module manager there is an error, when I copy advancedcontent module to server, the modulelist is empty.
See a lot of post (all closed) about this problem and tryed those solution without succes.

How to solve ??
