Custom shopping cart

I need a quote for a customised shopping cart.

I want it to replicate some of the functionality of this:

Whereby the user chooses a product (door in this case) category and on the next page the product (door) is customised based on the given options.
The diagram and the cart needs to updated on the fly in accordance with the options chosen.

I don't need any graphics work doing just the functionality.
