[Solved]Can't insert images into page content

I'm using CMS 1.10.3, PHP 5.3.8, MYSQL 5.5.16, and Apache 2.2.21 on Windows 7 64bit.

When I go to the content box in page editing, there are no buttons to insert an image, there are only buttons for basic text formatting.

From watching online tutorials I can see that others have many buttons, including one to insert images.

I have uploaded the image already into a file called images.

What am i doing wrong?

Go to Extensions -> MicroTiny and click the "allow images" checkbox in the settings tab.
