Admin - Extensions - Tags problem

Admin - Extensions - Tags problem

When I am at the admin side of the site and I click the menu Extensions and then menu item Tags, I get this error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare smarty_cms_function_breadcrumbs() (previously declared in C:\wamp\www\asystolie\plugins\function.breadcrumbs.php:20) in C:\wamp\www\asystolie\plugins\function.parent_page.php on line 140

What can I do to fix this??
