Newsletter Made Simple 'Problem creating the new list'

I recently upgraded my cmsms from and old version 1.0.8 upto version 1.10.3.

Newsletter made simple says there are "no lists found".

When I go to view users it says "ERROR- No lists!"

If I try to create a new list I just get the message "Error! - Problem creating the new list"

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

What was you upgrade process?
Do NMS users exist in Database?
If not then, you hopefully have a Backup.

I upgraded to version 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.9.4.3, made sure all modules were up to date then upgraded to version 1.10.3

I have checked and NMS users do exist in the database, there is also a list in the database, however CMSMS admin area says "no list found".

I do have numerous backups from various points in the upgrade process.

Can anyone help with this. After upgrading CMSMS, newsletter made simple doesn't have any users or lists and will not allow me to create new lists.

The users and lists do exist in the actual database but when accessed through the admin area are not displayed and creating a new list results in an error?

What can I do to fix this issue?

Probably somewhere in the development of NMS, database fields were changed.
I think best is to manually extract the users and lists from the database, uninstall NMS and reinstall the latest version. Then create the lists and import the users for each list.

I can't get to work from a clean install. I am using the lastest CMSMS. Its a right pain.

They most be work around. I even check the cvn.

Had the same problem - upgraded to nms 2.6.3..

Now even the nms link in the backend was gone. So iswitched to ncleangray once and back to oneeleven - now its there again. Maybe this helps others.

But there is a problem with lists. Creating a new list will give it a dynamic flag. This lists can not be added to users. If i go to the database and give the dynamic a NULL flag, this list is shown in the list when editing a user. But when i save the selection the former list selection stays - the new added list is not stored???
