Gallery - no images showing on web page

I had to reinstall the whole cms after a crash and I cannot get any images to display regardless of which template is in use. Everything worked perfectly before. I have tried amending the template as per the help file but nothing has changed.

Any suggestions welcomed. I'm not exactly scripting literate.

How does your setup look like: do you have a {Gallery} call in the content field of a page? Which parameters do you use there?

The page holding the gallery tab is a blank page with just the gallery tag in it. I've not used any parameters with it.

Hard to tell what could cause this from a distance...

Ok, solved it quite easily.

In the content page I turned the WYSIWYG editor off. Then the content field showed:

<code>{Gallery}</code><!-- Add code here that should appear in the content block of all new pages -->

Removing the <code> tags did the job.

Only thing is that thumbnails are not created for your images. Could it be that your images are in CMYK format in stead of RGB?

many thanks for that. The images are rgb. I can always delete them and reupload though.
