ContentAliases 0.6.11 + Cataloger 0.10

When I change a page from content to content alias, or make a new content aliae page i get this;

Fatal error: Call to a member function Show() on a non-object in MYSITE/modules/ContentAliases/contenttype.contentalias.php on line 174

Does anyone has a clue? Don't know where to look..

Installed Modules
Cataloger 0.10
ContentAliases 0.6.11
CGExtensions 1.27.9
CGSimpleSmarty 1.4.10

I don't know how, but previous error is replaced with another one;

Call to undefined method ContentAlias::CreateNewContent()...

So it seems that nobody knows how to fix it, or say something about it..
...or ContentAliases and Cataloger aren't compatible..

Did anyone manage recently to use them (> 1.10. version)?

It worked fine for a while (I just moved page from one
position to another and back), but after upgrade of
CGExtensions to 1.28.1 I got this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ContentAlias::CreateNewContent() in /MYSITE/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 176

At first i tought that problem is in Content Aliases Module, but
now I see that main problem is with categories in Cataloger module,
Catalog items (just contentaliaes type) sometimes are being shown,
and sometimes not (i can't see "pattern"), but from categories I get this error no matter that they contain "real" page items or just contentaliaes.

Since Cataloger was working I put few hundred items in it,
so i'm quite stressed now, so if someone has any idea please help.

There is a chance that Content Aliases isn't up to date to run in 1.10.*...

It crossed my mind
But the strange thing is that i've manage (i can't realy say how) to make them visible, but after a while this error appear..
Sometime it works, but sometimes will result with a fatal error...
I can't figure it out why..
It isn't chache clearing, it isn't uprgrade, doesn't metter where is positioned (hierarchy)...
From some reason it breaks out after a while...
I have about 50 items in Cataloger, but they should appear in a different categories, and because of multiple appearence in a search results i'm trying to avoid duplicating them.
Since I need thumbnail as a link to item details i can't use internal link
so I'm wondering is there any efficient alternative to contentaliases?
I couldn't find it...
