UDT Needed to enable/disable a popup window

Hello, I need an easy way for my client to turn on/off a Popup window when you first enter the home page, and I want to be able to do it using the Activate options under Pages. You can read my thread on this here: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopi ... 20&t=59928
