In Site Admin (french user interface), performing System Verification returns:

What does this message mean?
How can I fix the problem?

That is a very strange output for system verification, you may need to explain how you got it in more detail, where did you get the verification file, what version of CMSMS, etc. etc...

Pleae read it again carefully...
The verification file (checksum.dat) was downloaded from CMMS site.
