Error on activating menu items

Post by davidA »

I have  completed my first install of cmsms and most things check out ok.

But when I click on menu links (in the left menu pane)

I receive the error message

No input file specified

Any help appreciated.

Well, it's so easy, it's like taking a holiday ;)

Having fought off the urge to install (and try) Mambo

A few more attempts (and a few more failures) I am finally up and running (my distribution) is now de-bugged.

Cheers

I am having the exact same problem. davidA, would did you do to correct this? If he doesn't reply, anyone else have any ideas?

For example, after a default installation, on my homepage, the link to "Content Types" shows as http://mysite.ca/index.php/content_types when I know it should be http://mysite.ca/index.php?page=content_types, but when I manually goto http://mysite.ca/index.php?page=content_types nothing happens. This is starting to piss me off, I've installed CMSMS twice (version 0.11) in the past with no problems.

If you're using a fresh install of cms 0.13, try setting pretty_urls to false in the config.php
