Need a foolproof way for user to modify content

Post by SpokaneDude »

I have a user who is not very computer literate, yet he wants a site where he can modify the content which contains his products. The products (e-cigs) change often, so he needs to be the one who does the changes.

I have looked at the Product and Cataloger modules, but they seem to be too complex for him to change. Other than tables, anybody know of a simple solution for this?

I don't see how it can be easier than Products.... Just clicking on the item and editing fields.

What about "adding" and "removing" products? I'm afraid he's gonna get lost! :D

I don't have any suggestions, but I share your view that some of the modules aren't as simple as they should be. Generally speaking, there needs to be much tighter control over what certain users/groups can see and do within each module so that the interface can be simplified.
