News module and facebook

Post by swarfega »

Is it possible to automatically send all news module posts to a facebook page?

I don't think there's a module that does it all for you, but Calguy has a great feed module called CGFeedmaker that you could use to generate an RSS feed of your news module. Then you'd just need to pull the RSS feed into your facebook with something like twitterfeed or the like (if you google it, you'll probably get a ton of results)

you can post photos and videos on facebook by just sending an email to a “special” email address. So make sure you send a news-notification to that special email address, using the event manager.
