[SOLVED] Need update from 1.8.2 to 1.10.x

I manage http://www.cife.org.uk hosted on 1&1 . It's currently on 1.8.1, with installed modules as follows

CMSMailer 2.0, FileManager 1.0.2, MenuManager 1.6.5, ModuleManager 1.4, News 2.10.6, nuSOAP 1.0.1, Printing 1.1.0, Search 1.6.5, ThemeManager 1.1.1, TinyMCE 2.7.2, CGSimpleSmarty 1.4.5, Captcha 0.4.5, CGExtensions 1.21.

I need someone to do the upgrade to 10.1.x (last stable update?) for me. I realise that's got to go via 1.9.4.3

I'm planning on adding a Blog (that's why I added Captcha and CGExtensions recently), so I'll need add CGblog, CGFeedback (default configuration), CGFeedMaker (if it's OK with 1.10 - I see it's not been updated recently) plus any other modules you think would be useful for a reasonably featured blog. I haven't decided on the features of the blog or even whether to use CGBlog or to make it in Wordpress, but at least if I'm updated with the right modules installed I've got something to play with.

The site's important to CIFE so can't afford the sort of downtime I might end up inflicting if I try to do the upgrade myself.

Could you give me an idea of cost? Happy to supply any more details you need at this stage. As a member with few posts I might have problems replying to you by pm so include an email address. Thanks for considering this!
