Hyacynthe upgrade 1.10.3, problem switching editors

Dear all,

After an upgrade from 1.10.2 to 1.10.3, I experienced problems while switching between text-editors.
(I used the upgrade pack: cmsmadesimple-english-diff-1.10.2-1.10.3)


The upgrade went well, untill I tried switching my standard editor to Microtiny. I use Tiny-MCE as my standard editor, but also update CMSMS websites for others who use microtiny. That's why I was testing. But I lost all content in the backend and lost my menu in the frontend.
(they were persent in the database, but failed to display properly)

When I copied a full version of Hyacynthe via ftp (rewriting my old files) everything worked fine (editor switching included).

I am wondering if this bug is a result of an error in the upgrade pack. I would still like to use the upgrade pack for my updates. (overwriting the full package will probably result into some serious errors)

Does anyone know more about this problem with editor switching after an upgrade to 1.10.3?

I have been able to recreate a similar issue (slightly different symptoms - a user who had wysiwyg selected as 'none' before the upgrade can't choose one after the upgrade).

I have advised the dev team, it should be addressed tomorrow (jan 11)

It seems there was a glitch in an earlier upgrade path, the files listed below never got installed. If your issue is the same as mine, you'll need to manually add these files as well as applying the diff. You should then be able to continue using diffs.

I've included all the files from your list, but still face the same problems as before.

Will a there be an upgrade of the upgrade pack?

None is planned. Can you run the checksum and see if there are any other missing/corrupt files?
