using email has a username and alias
Please is it possible to use email address has a alias without it be change from olu@me.com to olu-me-com has i have to refer to the alias somewhere else and trying to match it to the email address will bring false or is there another way to make it check for this changes

Nope... aliases have to be alphanumeric, or contain _ or - sorry.

I think a better solution would be to have a name that shows and then have it clickable to an email address.
