How to make the new version support the plug

I updated the CMSMS with 1.10.2 version,but it seem non support the plug "babel-multilingue".
Anybody have way to solve?

Your best bet is to contact Author of Module/Plugin and ask for Update, maybe a Donation or Sponsored payment would motivate Author and speed up development.
