Problem Newsletter Made Simple nms-1.0-beta1

After uploading nms-1.0-beta1 i got this error-message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare NMS::$default_unsubscribe_text in /var/www/web76/web/cms/modules/NMS/NMS.module.php on line 104

I use CMS Made Simple version 0.13

All modules including nms-0.75alpha4 are working fine.

What to do ?

if you want to use the new beta, you'll have to uninstall the previous versions.  they're incompatible.

The previous NMS-Version is uninstalled, but i got the same error message

is there a planned date when de first release or de the release candidate of NMS will be published ?

Oops, yes, this problem was fixed in the next beta....

and as far as a release date, I plan to release everything pretty much in sync with CMS 1.0.

There seems to be a problem with some of the mail messages, etc.  However I can't pin it down myself.

When will  the release of cmsms 1.0 published ?
