New FAQ entries for Headers, Page Width and Stylesheet overview

Fwiw, I created some faq entries while reading through this section of the forum trying to get going with CMSMS. Apologies in advance for any errors (and also for not working out how to get the TOC to sit on the RHS of the page like the User Guide). You can find them at:
