[SOLVED] CMS Mailer still shows as a Warning, can....

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

[SOLVED] CMS Mailer still shows as a Warning, can....

Post by fearmydesign »

Hi, I just installed a clean version of 1.10.1 and the whole installation went smoothly, but in the past the first two thing I did right after any installation was to:

1. Delete install folder
2. Set config.php to 444
3. Setup CMS Mailer

And I did this for my 1.10.1 installation but yet the warning still shows the CMS Mailer as not being configured! I even sent a test and it's setup and working properly. Is there a way to manually turn off this warning? and will this affect the functionality of my CMSMS?

Thank you, and thanks to all the hard working developers for their hard work on always and constantly trying to improve this software.

Notifications from modules (including CMSMailer) are dependant on the pseudocron mechanism. You will probably see the warning disappear in an hour or so.
