How do I download the XML files

This is probably really obvious to most people, but I am not a programmer, but a designer!

I am trying to at CGBlog to the site I am working on and when I click the link CGBlog-1.7.6.xml it takes me to a page that says: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." and then shows all the code below it, rather than downloading a document I can then insert into my module manager.

What am I missing? How do I do this?

Right click on the link -> Save file.

Thanks, Foaly, I tried that. When I right click I do not get a 'save file' option,

I am using Firefox 7.0.1 if that tells anyone anything!

There's an item "Save target as" when I right-click on the XML here: http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/649.

Thanks Foaly. I was apparently a Firefox issue because when I switched to IE it downloaded no problem!
