Admin access via shared ssl

Hello Developers,

I would like to see admin_via_ssl included - it has been described (with apparently working fix) in this thread:

If You have several people working with CMSMS then I believe (sad to say) that You will never make all of them security-aware. The proposed fix would make using ssl mandatory if enabled, I think, and that's what it should be.
