PayPal Website Payments Pro With CGEcommerce Modules

I am looking to develop an ecommerce solution using the excellent CGEcommerce set of modules however I would quite like to use the PayPal website payments pro gateway.

Would anyone be interested in quoting me a price for creating a PayPal Website Payments Pro module/functionality to work with the CGEcommerce base?

I need to know things like
a) how you want it to work
    - payments, refunds, etc, etc...
b) will you be using subscriptions (if so, what type)
c) any other differences between the current standard paypal stuff, and the website payments pro.
