CMSMS Tag List? Available?

I have search the online documentation and forum for hours, but I can not get aware of a handy document where all available CMSMS Tags are listed and mabe are also been described

I mean tags like

{breadcrumbs}
{content}
{title}
{sitemap}

etc. Anybody can help me with this?

Just login to the admin part of your site, and click on Extensions > Tags.

There's the list  and click on Help for.... help
