[solved] some new pages not appearing in admin hierarchy

no additional modules/plugins

When adding pages, they sometimes appear in the hierarchy but sometimes don't and can't find them so then can't modify or delete them. In some cases they appear later as though the list is being refreshed occasionally.

Have double checked that the pages weren't added with a parent page and I do get the confirmation message that the page has been added to the database.

(have found a separate post on this subject which didn't appear obviously in search)

Which topic was this? I'm having the same problem... seems to be in the cache.

This can be solved by setting the timezone in config.

So I guess searching for timezone wil bring you to the right topics
