No menu and no wysiwyg editor (0.13 install)

Hi

Just installed the new 0.13 version (with demo data) on av clean Debian Sarge server. I can't select the wysiwyg editor in the admin panel. And why the left menu don't show is a mystery. I get no errors. Tried to change the templates (ran set all pages) but the menu won't show. Let me know if you need any more information. I don't know if anybody else experienced this. Luckily this was just a test installation

What browser are you using?

It's not a browser issue it's a permission issue. I just had the exact same problem and found that I had to modify the permissions on my modules directory. Once I did this the modules appeared in the admin section and I was able to install them.
