css menu with 3rd level nested under parent

HI;

I'm a long term CMSMS user. currently working with v1.9.4.2 and for the first time the standard simple menu and css menu are not sufficient.

the client is moving from joomla to cmsms, but would like the css menu to display per the attached.

I'm hoping to achieve this layout using CSS Menu. has anyone created a template for a similar layout? I can handle the css but could use some help with syntax.

Looks like just a matter of Styling, look at CSS from current Joomla site and you should get the point
