Critique Site Design Please

Hi,
Please let me know what you think about a new site I am working on. http://www.fwtsltd.com

It uses multiple backgrounds and a fluid, responsive layout.
Also, check out the background effect when you scroll down.

that background is nice. however, in chromium if you scroll down and up at certain speeds you can get 10-20 px of body background to show at the top of page. also, the downside to having such a nice background is that now all your previously created elements pale in comparison. example: you'll definitely have to spruce up the logo now. a color change for sure(you probably don't want any browns or greys floating on the tide there, especially with the co. name)

Looks good but you must check googlemaps, the zoomlevel is too high.
